What is Instructure?
Instructure refers to a software company that is best known for developing Canvas, a widely used learning management system (LMS) for educational institutions and businesses. Instructure was founded in 2008 with a focus on improving educational technology and providing solutions to enhance learning experiences.
Instructure announced in 2019 that it would be acquired by private equity firm Thoma Bravo. The acquisition was completed in 2020.
